One person who knows your network and keeps it running — for a fixed monthly fee, per site. I watch your connection around the clock, back up your configuration, keep firmware and security patched, and step in before a small fault turns into a room full of guests who can't get online.
Why it matters

For a hotel or a rental, the Wi-Fi is part of the room. Guests who can't stream, work or video-call write it into the review — and a dropped review score costs you bookings long after the fault is fixed.

The worst outages always happen in high season, when you're fully booked and least able to deal with them. Proactive monitoring flips that: the alert reaches me, not the front desk, and most problems are sorted before the guest ever notices.

Onboarding & network audit — €150 one-off. Before a plan starts I map your network, document it, and fix the obvious risks. Free for early clients.

Hardware at cost + a small markup. I don't hide margin in the gear — you see what the router, switch or access point costs and pay a fair fee for sourcing and setup.

How it works
1

Audit

I survey the site, map what's connected, and note the weak points — dead spots, single points of failure, out-of-date firmware.

2

Setup

I fix what needs fixing, add monitoring and backups, and set up failover so a dropped line doesn't take the whole property offline.

3

Monitoring

From then on your network is watched 24/7. Alerts come to me; most issues are resolved remotely before you'd have spotted them.

4

Monthly report

Once a month you get a plain-language summary: uptime, what happened, what I changed, and anything worth planning for.

Questions
Is there a minimum contract?
No long lock-in. Plans are monthly — pause or cancel with 30 days' notice. Most hospitality clients stay year-round because the pre-season work is exactly what prevents the July breakdowns.
What happens if the internet drops?
On managed sites the monitoring alerts me the moment a line goes down — often before you notice. If failover is set up, the backup line takes over on its own and guests stay online. I investigate remotely first; if it needs hands on site, Hospitality clients get next-business-day response.
Remote or on-site support?
Most fixes are remote — config changes, reboots, updates, failover tuning. On-site is included on the Hospitality plan (next business day) and available on the other plans at €50/hour plus travel.
Not sure which plan fits?
Start with a free network check. I'll look at your setup, tell you honestly what it needs, and you decide from there — no pressure.
